No ads using personal or sensitive data. We do not use your personal or sensitive health/location data for advertising or profiling.

Location is only collected with your explicit consent and you can turn it off at any time in system settings or in-app (where available). We do not use location for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Background location: When enabled, the App may access location in the background to continue tracking an ongoing workout if the screen is off or you switch apps. You can disable this in Settings > Apps > App permissions > Location.

We request only necessary permissions and you can revoke them anytime in device settings.

8. Sensitive Personal Information

Health, fitness, and precise location data are treated as sensitive. We process them only to provide the features you request and do not disclose them to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

11. CCPA/CPRA (California)

California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. If we ever enable “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out using the button above or device settings for ads.
